By engaging in any of our training programs, purchasing products, or participating in coaching calls, you (“Client”) agree to be bound by these Terms.
- Intellectual Property
1.1 All content, materials, trademarks, and intellectual property rights associated with SarahSugar.com, including but not limited to training program content, products, coaching materials, and website design, are the property of Sarah HQ LLC and are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
1.2 The Client agrees not to reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any materials obtained through the Company’s services without prior written consent.
- Educational Purposes Only
2.1 The information, content, and materials provided through SarahSugar.com, including training programs, products, and coaching calls, are for educational purposes only. They are not intended as a substitute for treatment, diagnosis, or consultation with a licensed mental health provider.
2.2 The Company does not provide counseling or therapeutic services. No counseling or therapeutic relationship is formed by purchasing our products or participating in coaching calls.
2.3 The Client is solely responsible for their own well-being and should seek professional advice from a qualified mental health provider for any individual concerns or issues.
- Non-Refund Policy
3.1 The Company does not offer refunds for any training programs, products, or coaching calls purchased. This includes but is not limited to fees paid for online courses, digital products, physical merchandise, and coaching sessions.
3.2 In the event that the Client requests a refund, the Company reserves the right to deny the request. Instead of a refund, the Company may, at its sole discretion, offer an alternative product or service that is tailored to the amount paid by the Client.
- Affiliate Disclosure
4.1 SarahSugar.com is a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for sites to earn advertising fees by advertising and linking to SarahSugar.com. This means that the Company may receive a commission from purchases made through certain links on the website.
- Limitation of Liability
5.1 The Client understands and acknowledges that any engagement with the Company’s services is done at their own risk. The Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the Company’s services, including but not limited to training programs, products, coaching calls, or any associated materials.
